The food was epic. I had the peppercorn steak and my girl had the chicken apple cider! It’s a 4.8 for a reason come after yourself 🙂
Great service with nice attention to detail. However, ensure all food is hot before being served.
New to me, and a treat in many ways. Great service, diverse menu (wonderful roasted Brussels Sprouts), nice bar choices with many non-alcoholic options....
This was our first visit and a bit of a mixed bag. Service was great! We were seated promptly, greeted by our server very quickly and water was brought immediately and refilled often. I tried the salmon which was offered as a special and felt it was ok but not great. It was prepared well but the flavor seemed lacking and I felt the chorizo was an odd pairing in my opinion. Typically I choose salmon as it’s an healthy choice but combining it with a red meat negated that somewhat. Also I was still hungry after my meal but I do tend to be a hearty eater. My boyfriend ordered the New York steak. It was a generous portion and he was happy with it except for the large peppercorn chunks on top. He also thought it was cooler than expected even for rare preparation as if it had come straight from the refrigerator to the grill. The decor was a bit plain and the back area where we were seated could use some color or additional lighting to liven it up. The photography in the hall to the restrooms was amazing! All in all a good dinner that could have been great with a few improvements.
We shared 3 appetizers and split our entree and the wonderful staff split our meal in the kitchen onto two separate plates! The food was incredible with the drinks being inventive and exciting! Will be back soon.
Everything we’ve had here is great! We come back every time for the Brussel Sprouts, but everything on the menu is delicious. Everyone here is friendly! Especially, Kehau she is so nice!

My first visit here was delightful from start to finish. Right from the moment we walked in, the ambiance was incredibly welcoming. The menu, fresh and innovative, really impressed us, especially the chef's special of the day. We loved every dish and are already planning our next visit to bring our foodie friends to experience this fun, friendly, farm-fresh, funky restaurant in Tacoma.

Brussel sprouts are amazing, steak was cooked perfectly, service was great, amazing wine selection!!!! Ohh and the smoked olives are so delicious.
First off, best Brussels sprouts I've ever had. They were super busy and our food took over an hour, normally no biggie, but we were heading to a show. They comped the meal and packed it to go. Two hours later the halibut and peppercorn steak were still delicious, which surprised me because I'm normally not very excited about cold white-fish. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
Drinks were delicious. Happy hour menu has good variety, especially if you don’t eat meat. White bean dip was well seasoned and creamy. Calamari was decent but was made interesting by the fried pepperocinis. Strawberry rhubarb manhattan was amazing, as were the old fashioned. Service was warm, friendly and attentive. We will be back.

We had a really great meal on a Wednesday night. The pork chop and the spaghetti with meatballs were fabulous! We will for sure come back.
It's a small but quaint restaurant with a great atmosphere. Medium pricing and worth every penny. The chocolate brownie desert is astounding!
Had a dirty martini and a West 75. Both very good.Ordered a wedge salad, spicy cauliflower, pecorino meatball.Food was good but not great.Very expensive happy hour.With tip I paid $66 and I went home and made soup to fill my empty tummy. I would go again for the drinks. They are made very well.
AMAZING experience all around! Patrick, our server made great recommendations. Our food, drinks and dessert were all to die for! Absolutely recommend the Sloe Love Fizz (if you like Absynthe and fennel flavors). The apple fritter bread pudding was divine! Could not recommend this place more!

What?Best mac and cheese we’ve ever had.The drinks were great.The service was great.The entrees were great (peppercorn strip steak with bordelaise was amazing!).The atmosphere was great. The place was busy, yet quiet enough for comfortable conversation.We were remarking on the way home what a pleasure it was to go out to a restaurant and not be underwhelmed. Heck, we are satisfied if we are even whelmed. We were very pleased, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
The service and atmosphere were really great. Loved the vibe in the backroom from the mood lighting to the flamenco music soundtrack. My partner and I had the cauliflower, bean dip, chicken, and some cocktails. The food was tasty and the drinks were made well. We will definitely visit it again to try more of their menu.

For the best pork chop in a wine-mushroom Demi glacé you have to go to West 122. Every morsel is incredible. Just incredible.
Finally tried West 122 and was so delighted!! Great happy hour and I had the most amazing pineapple gimlet!!! Hands down a new favorite!! The mac and cheese is to die for and made with homemade marscapone! Can’t wait to return!!!
Had to write another review because I gotta say my peppercorn steak took me 30years into the past of memories of making my own steak as a child and being so pleased with my effort . The only place you can go to experience something like that is a restaurant where they put so much passion and care into the food that you have an almost spiritual experience. No one cares in this world not your mechanic not your boss not the clothing store nor the bill collectors Chefs are the artists and priests who serve with love and when they do it is felt and it goes deep im at a loss for words on how to describe my experience at west122 but I just want to say thank you for your love thank you for your devotion and thank you for sharing your art with me tonight . My wife and I have a new eternal memory to enjoy thanks to you!! Wow wow wow the Brussel sprouts and that sauce the drinks and everything wa so great !!!
This place is super classy and super comfortable the chef is the heart of the kitchen and this one has a lot of love to offer the menu feels like choices from personal flavor of the seasons selection. Fresh and vibrant just takes you on a journey my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal and everything we had was excellent service was quick too love to have found a quality restaurant like this againafter so many disappeared in the past few years !!!
What a hidden gem! We had a date night here on Saturday, and it was amazing. Service was great even though the place was busy, and the staff was very friendly. We had the white bean hummus, which was surprisingly delish.For mains I tried the mixed seafood skewers which came with a pepper sauce that was so good I thought about just licking it off the plate. My wife had the spaghetti and meatballs, which sounds boring, but man was it ever tasty! For dessert we tried the apple fritter bread pudding, and it was so yummy that I kept accosting people who were walking in as we were walking out and telling them to order it for dessert. It was THAT good!We also had some cocktails - I had the Grapefruit Something, which was one of the most well balanced drinks I've had in a long time.Everything about this place had the same trend - it seems like it is going to be like everything else but it is so much better than expected. Definitely going to come back!
First time visiting for my wife's birthday, the food is amazing. The scallops were cooked to perfection, the smoked olives were delicious, overall everything we ate was amazing and the service was great. Thank you Patrick. We'll definitely be back.

We went here on an impromptu date so no reservation but we still got seated. The atmosphere was good, food was great and our server although busy did an amazing job. Service and food you would expect when dining out. The pork chop was amazing! My boyfriend enjoyed his steak. He said the pork chop was his favorite too. We also tried their octopus salad as a starter, which was a special for the night. It was amazing. I would come back again.
David was amazing as our server. We enjoyed the atmosphere. I'm vegan and loved the options!
Excellent food, drinks and service! I was disappointed that the lamb chops listed on their website were not on their actual menu. (Our awesome waiter, Michael, explained that the website is getting a new webmaster so it will be updated.) So instead I ordered the pork chop with polenta that was so delicious! The 122 Martini was excellent as well, as were the smoked olives. I would definitely return. (Parking was challenging, but I got lucky.)
