Crisp iceberg lettuce adorned with Danish blue cheese dressing, blistered tomato, bacon lardon, pumpkin seed and crumbled blue cheese

Great Northern Bean Puree (GF) (VG)

Slowly simmered in vegetable broth then pureed with olive oil and served with sliced vegetables and herb crostini

West 122 Mac N Cheese (V)

Cavatappi pasta in our house made mascarpone, aged white cheddar sauce, add bacon $3, add Serrano Jamon $5

Tapenade Crostini (V)

House made olive tapenade on herb crostini with arugula lemon oil salad

Smoked Olives (GF) (VG)

Chefs’ choice of assorted olives lightly smoked and marinated in fresh herbs

Greek Yogurt Roasted Cauliflower (GF) (V)

Marinated and roasted cauliflower florets bursting with a house spice blend served with Tzatziki sauce

Pecorino Meatballs

Hand rolled from fresh ground beef and pork, simmered in San Marzano tomato sauce, topped with aged Pecorino Romano
